3.OS-Windows/Unix/Linux, Hardware, Compute (vSphere, vCentre)
4.Middle tire application, Database – MS SQL, Oracle, Mongo DB, MYSQL
5.Server virtualization, Backup/Restore, Storage Area Networks, Monitoring tool
6.Could Computing
7.Service Desk activities
8.Experience in work instruction (SOP) based incident diagnosis and resolution.
9.Implement simple changes.
10.ITIL Foundation certification
11.Ability to work with International Customers and Communicate effectively
12.3 – 6 years of relevant experience in above mentioned activities
