2. General understanding and basic troubleshooting experience of below technologies: |
3. OS-Windows/Unix/Linux, Hardware, Compute (vSphere, vCentre) |
4. Server virtualization, Backup/Restore, Storage Area Networks, Monitoring tool |
5. Middle tire application and Databases |
6. Service Desk activities |
7. Knowledge of the ITIL framework |
8. Ability to work with International Customers and Communicate effectively |
9. 1-3 years of experience in above-mentioned activities |
