1.     Graduate in (Computer Science/IT/Electronics& Telecommunications), BTech/MCA/ MSc
2.    General understanding and basic troubleshooting experience of below technologies:
3.   OS-Windows/Unix/Linux, Hardware, Compute (vSphere, vCentre)
4.   Server virtualization, Backup/Restore, Storage Area Networks, Monitoring tool
5.   Middle tire application and Databases
6.   Service Desk activities
7.      Knowledge of the ITIL framework
8.      Ability to work with International Customers and Communicate effectively
9.      1-3 years of experience in above-mentioned activities
